Ms. Smith, is Chairman and CEO of DogSled Productions, DogSled Music Group and DMG Publishing. Ms. Smith, an Executive Member of W.I.F. (Women In Film), the writer, producer and creator of the music competition television show Totally Packaged and Creative Producer on the up and coming new TV Competition Show The Package. The music industry has positioned her to have worked with 9-time Grammy winning Producer/ Composer/Engineer Alvin Speights, 6-time Grammy winner Producer and Writer Bryan Kennedy (Rihanna, Chris Brown, Jesse McCartney, Jessica Mauboy, Natasha Bedingfield, BoA, Cheryl Cole, Backstreet Boys, Jamie Foxx, Nelly & Brandy), Great Scott (Chris Brown), Grammy nominee Producer/Composer/Writer Roger Ryan, who’s discography includes Whitney Huston, Michael Jackson, Steve Wonder, Lou Rawls Jr. and many more. Her production and financing partnerships have aligned with Dick Clark Productions and EJD Productions of Fashion Star and Capitol Pacific Group (CPG) who has raised over $30 billion of direct client financing. Ms. Smith has provided funding resources for major entertainment projects. She has been an advisor to many in the music, television and film industry. In addition Ms. Smith has worked with major talent agencies and companies securing major corporate sponsorship for Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight, NBA All Star Weekend, Snoop Dog Puff Puff Pass Tour, Super Bowl Bash, LA Fashion Week and more. In addition to her vast background, she is currently Co-Founder of the Non-profit Organization Youth Vision Inc. With her musical talent of being able to play the violin, viola, cello, bass and piano she writes and arranges music compositions. She is a BMI member . Her background of operations and corporate management stems from years of experience with Hitman Records as VP of Operations and Regional Supervisor on of the largest weight loss companies in the United States. Kalvin Stevens - SVP of Public Relations and Talent Acquisitions
Kalvin is a native New Yorker who grew up surrounded by the arts and culture, theater, museums and a host of celebrities. With a long family history of being in the entertainment business and developing some of the top entertainers in the business Mr. Stevens decided to branched out with his own vision and opened Mosaic Management. Mosaic Management located in NYC, focuses on Artist Development and Management. With his success his clients have stared in THE LION KING & ANNIE on Broadway along with landing commercials for major brands like Pepsi, The Gap, Hess Corporation and Great Adventures. Mr. Stevens also holds the title, Talent Coordinator for the New York, 116TH ST FESTIVAL, Vice President of the National Puerto Rican Day Pageant, Talent Director for the MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE. He has also partnered and worked with Ron Grant and Sony Music Group as Talent Scout and Assistant Talent Management. Robin Hood Bell - Vice President of Operations (New York Division)
Robin “Hood” Bell has worked within the music industry for over 30 successful years helping to direct the careers of many well known music artist. Prior to launching his company UR Music 7 years ago, Robin Hood has managed to make his name known throughout the industry as well as in his community while working with the likes of councilwoman Debbie Rose, Community cable TV, and many other politicians. Mr. Hood started his career in the music industry in 1983 consulting for Rude Boy Records. He was influential with helping to mold artist such as Buju Banton Patra, born Jamericans, Shaggy (Signet Records), Lieuten Stichie (Atlantic Records) Terror Fabulous and more. His passion for music made it possible for him to thrive and expand into production. Some of the projects under his bullet is “WuTang’s Bloody Streetz" with the WuTang Cland, Master P and American Gangster with Denzel Washington. Mr. Hood built his international platform when partnering with the international and domestic marketing firm, The Point Dexter Group for the Olympics in Atlanta. Being a New York executive and an instrumental influencer in the music industry Mr. Hood was asked to join the team of 6 Pound Records as Vice President of Marketing and Promotion.
Sherman Clendon - Development and Acquisitions
Sherman Clendon is President and part owner of Fountainhead magazine, were businesses and entrepreneurs share and enhance knowledge. Sharing and enhancing knowledge comes quite easily to Sherman, an entrepreneur in his own right. He is founder and President of Sherman's Survey Scope, a consultant company that was formed in 2005 for the purpose of helping start-up and stagnated growth businesses to cultivate and maximize their earnings potential. Sherman gives of his skills and experience to assist career and success minded entrepreneurs in various business related ventures aimed at bettering their investment. Miss J.R. Stewart is a producer, host/spokes-model, and through her media company, Film Fatale Media LLC, she produces mainstream shows for television. Her exclusive client list consist of ABC, Disney, NBC, CBS, Nickelodeon, TNT, HGTV, SoapNet, NBC, FOX, VH1, MTV and now the highly esteemed STYLE NETWORK. Attorney Kevin Mills - Production Counsel & Distribution
Kevin Mills is the owner of Kaye & Mills Law Firm. Mr. Mills has held senior business affairs positions with several studios, including Republic Pictures Corporation, Independent Artists Company, Hal Roach Studios and what is now Hallmark Entertainment. While at Republic Pictures, Mr. Mills was instrumental in recapturing the copyright to the classic film "It's A Wonderful Life," which previously had been widely distributed as a work in the public domain. Over the past 12 years Mr. Mills' practice has encompassed all aspects of talent representation and also the financing, production and distribution of entertainment product in the areas of both television and feature films. He has extensive experience in international television and film distribution and has studied international business transactions in London, England. In addition, his practice includes general business transactions and represents a number of different types of businesses, both large and small. Eric brings a truly unique mix of experiences as a banker and operational executive and throughout his career he has utilized his extensive highest-level relationships for the benefit of his clientele. He was the founder, CEO and Chairman of Broadbay Networks that in 2000 was hailed as "the fastest growing company in Silicon Valley" at the time of the technology boom. Prior to that he was President and CEO of National Public Affairs Group, a Washington public affairs, fundraising and political powerhouse. He has advised the President of the United States, Senators, Congressmen and Governors as well as some of the world's largest companies in media and multiple other sectors. Mr. White’s firm was also known as the one to work with when the client had the most difficult problem to solve. The firm also established itself as a leading fundraising firm, securing capital both from the public and private sectors. During his tenure he established himself as an expert on media and entertainment, telecommunication, transportation, hotel and gaming, technology and energy policy. Greg McDonald - Producer & Writer
A writer/director of narrative films and commercials and photographer based in Los Angeles, Greg has directed and produced many short films, hundreds of branded films, nationally broadcast television commercials and broadcast TV entertainment. Clients include L’Oréal, Maybelline, Motorola, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Walmart, John Hancock, BP and others. His work involves leading the production from concept through to completion. His filmmaking style is visual, comedic, character based, absurd and satirical. Comedy dialogue and visual comedy are his specialties. Federico Fellini, Pedro Almodovar, Woody Allen, Alexander Payne are just a few of his influences. His films have screened in numerous U.S. and international festivals including South by Southwest, San Francisco Indie Fest, Lausanne Underground, Tromadance, St. Louis Int’l, Independent Exposure/ Microcinema and have been broadcast on Channel 4 in the U.K. and featured on the Entertainment Tonight and the Fangoria.tv websites. He won a Cult Award from TLA Releasing for a fifty minute comedy satirizing the 1970’s B-movie genre and two of his viral videos won Best Videos of the Year by webcastr.com that were part of a webisode that got approximately 7 million views in total. Still photography work includes photographing full page ads appearing in fashion magazines LA Confidential and Zink, shooting a print magazine cover and his fitness photography has been published in print and online campaigns. He’s conceptualized, directed and photographed several fashion films shot in both portrait (vertical) and landscape mode at 5k and 6k resolution for several LCD manufacturers to showcase their 90,” 4k LCD displays. Greg started out as an actor, appearing in supporting roles in Ice Cube’s The Player’s Club and Lifetime’s Officer Down with Sherilyn Fenn along with other leading and supporting roles in many independent films. His comedy mockumentary episodic series,The Man Van that he wrote and directed is available on Amazon Prime Video and the 24 Hour Movie Channel on Roku devices. He’s currently developing a thirty minute comedy TV series and two feature comedy screenplays.
